I had a great experience with the office as my 4-year-old was getting her first eye exam and first pair of glasses. The front desk even helped me find that I had a vision insurance rider for my kids. Dr. Stites was great with her, and when I picked up her frames they had decorated her name and added a sweet note with glasses advice in her bag. She felt super special and getting glasses was made into a really good experience for her.

I never knew you could actually customize your glasses by making them smaller to perfectly fit your face. I found this out at Stites Eye Care with Jamie, who helped make my wish come true. Super friendly staff and knowledgeable doctors. Great atmosphere and experience.

I was helped by a lovely employee, I believe named Jamie, who helped me find frames. Jamie was patient and kind, knew exactly what styles would be most flattering, and answered my questions without making me feel uncomfortable. I will not hesitate to go out of my way for someone who can read the room so well and make me feel comfortable.
